The Dress Recycler On Vacay: Airport Boots

As I’m waiting in the Airport for my flight for new year’s eve, I realize that we’re not getting on the plane any time soon.  With that being said, I started my boot evaluation.  The steps I took were easy:

1.  I spotted the woman in the boots that caught my eye.

2.  I followed her a few gates down the to place of her destination. (coffee place, gift shop, earphone kiosk)

3.  I cornered her, inquired about her about her boots and asked if I could I please take a picture of them for my fashion blog.

Needless to say I got endless cooperation from all:

002001   These boots were SO FAB and stunning in person.  I chased her down waving my card in the air.  She stopped and was flattered by my inquiry about her boots.  She said they were vintage.  I was quite impressed on what great shape they were in.

003004  LOVE the detailing stud work on these.  Let me tell you, this woman was rockin’ these pretty hard.  She did pay full price for them-that’s okay I still appreciate them for their stunning sex appeal.  Excellent work, my friend.

005006  My new friend Elaine was on her way to Puerto Rico when I plopped down beside her after being blinding by the shiny grommet work on her boots.  She only paid about $70.00 for these and trust me, these pictures don’t do them justice.  My favorite ones, yet.  I can spot a woman with excellent bargaining power a mile away.

008009  These classic Minnetonkas never let me down as I spotted this woman in the Chicago airport.  I never have seen these with the zipper down the sides…hmmmm.  I was very happy to see this detailing on her boots and celebrated with a commemorative photo.

All in all, it was a successful report.  Pickin’s were slim on this particular day at Laugardia however I wasn’t let down by these four boot bounty hunters.

I am, The Dress Recycler.
