Today I thought I’d pop in to Hooti Couture; a local Vintage store in my hood, Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
This is an old friend of mine, Hooti, as we go way back. SO much to choose from and a well rounded spectrum of merchandise. The greatest thing about Hooti? The PRICES, of course!
Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been there when there wasn’t a sale going on. In the window today she had advertised “$5.00 and $10.00 sale”. The land of opportunity awaits me……
This ’80′s pinstripe ruffle blouse pictured above….Only $5.00! Totally love it with the skinny belt and chunky bracelets. Perfect for transition into fall when it starts to get cooler at night.
GREAT paisley cami with lace trim. Only $5.00. You can never have enough camis in my book.
Honestly, I wasn’t really feelin’ this 1960′s tunic when she pulled it off the rack. But when she put it on…..wow. How cute would this be over jeans? With a big chunky belt? And oh yeah! What a great look for someone who is preggers….. this is roomy with slits all the way down. You would have to be at a good month however, not getting ready to pop or anything.
